what do you mean the year is half over??

where did the first half go? i remember wondering when the heck the snow was going to stop falling so i can get some work done, then bang! I wake up and the year is half over.

i have to rebuild my deck. i’m not the handiest of dudes. my worry is that i’ll get part way through and then get stuck and not finish. that would suck.

i believe i have a good plan. i will approach it in phases. first phase is to reset the stairs to their new location. second phase is to set the two new footings, vertical posts and risers. third phase is to set the new joists and redo the decking. final phase is to redo the railing and outer facia of the deck.
